ندد الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما بشدة بأعمال العنف التي وقعت في فيرجسون (ميزوري) بعد قرار هيئة محلفين بعدم ملاحقة شرطي أبيض مسؤول عن مقتل شاب أسود.
وقال أوباما في خطاب ألقاه في شيكاغو "حرق المباني وإضرام النار في السيارات وتدمير الممتلكات وتعريض الناس للخطر: لا يوجد أي مبرر لذلك، إنها أعمال إجرامية".
وأضاف: "لا أتعاطف أبداً مع الذين يدمرون مجتمعاتهم".
وطالب أوباما الأمريكيين بأن يتصرفوا "بطريقة بناءة" بالانخراط في نقاش بشان التوترات العرقية وإنفاذ القانون.

قدم الشرطي الأمريكي دارين ويلسون، قاتل الشاب الأسود مايكل بروان، استقالته من سلك الشرطة، فيما تواصلت في فيرغسون أمس السبت 29 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني الاحتجاجات على تبرئته.
وبدعوة من منظمة الدفاع عن الأشخاص الملونين التي تتمتع بنفوذ كبير في الولايات المتحدة، تدفق عشرات المتظاهرين وحوالى ستين من راكبي الدراجات النارية إلى الشارع الذي قتل فيه براون في فيرغسون في تحرك تحت عنوان "رحلة من أجل العدالة".
ويشكل هذا التجمع بداية مسيرة تمتد 192 كيلومترا يأمل المنظمون أن يشارك فيها الآلاف بين فيرغسون، إحدى ضواحي سانت لويس، وجيفرسن سيتي، عاصمة ولاية ميزوري.
ويطالب المتظاهرون بطرد قائد شرطة فيرغسون وإجراء إصلاحات لأجهزة الشرطة على المستوى الوطني.
وقال رئيس منظمة الدفاع عن الأشخاص الملونين وليام بروكس خلال قداس في سانت لويس "سنكافح ولو متنا من البرد وسنناضل على الجليد".
وأضاف أن "ما نسعى إليه هو إحقاق العدل لأسرة حزينة وإصلاح أساسي للنظام في ما يتعلق بالمراقبة".
وشهدت مدن عدة في الولايات المتحدة تظاهرات تخللتها أعمال شغب منذ الإعلان الاثنين عن قرار هيئة محلفين شعبية عدم ملاحقة الشرطي المسؤول عن مقتل براون في التاسع من آب/أغسطس.
وذكرت صحيفة بوست ديسباتش التي تصدر في مدينة سانت لويس أن دارين ويلسون (28 عاما) الذي قتل مايك براون (18 عاما) في فيرغسون بولاية ميزوري، غادر سلك الشرطة.
وقالت صحيفة "سانت لويس بوست-ديسباتش" إن ويلسون أرسل رسالة إلى القيادة العامة للشرطة يبلغها فيها باستقالته لدواع أمنية.
وكتب ويلسون في رسالته بحسب ما نقلت الصحيفة "كنت أود الاستمرار في العمل في الشرطة ولكن سلامة بقية عناصر الشرطة والمجتمع بأسره تكتسي أهمية كبيرة جدا بالنسبة لي". وأضاف "قيل لي إنني في حال واصلت ممارسة مهنتي فسأشكل خطرا على السكان وعلى عناصر الشرطة في فيرغسون، وهو احتمال يتعين علي أن أمنع حدوثه".

The police officers who shot 12-year-old Tamir Rice while he was holding a BB gun did not give him first aid and watched him lie in agony for four minutes, Cleveland authorities have revealed.
Footage shows rookie Timothy Loehmann shooting the youngster within two seconds of his squad car arriving at the scene last weekend following a 911 call that said the weapon was 'probably fake'.
However the video does not show how him and his colleague Frank Gramback reacted.
ABC 5 have reported that the boy did not receive medical attention until four minutes after the shooting in the Ohio city, with two other officials coming to the scene to give the boy help.

A detective and FBI agent who were in the area responded to the call for help and began giving medical help to Rice three minutes and 49 seconds after he was hit, Deputy Chief Ed Tomba said.
Dan Williams, a spokesman for Mayor Frank Jackson, said all of the officers' actions are under investigation. Two of the officers are on administrative leave.
He added that he was unsure of the regulations when it comes to giving medical help to a police shooting victim.
Tamir's family said in a statement released by their attorneys that they hope Cleveland police and Cuyahoga County prosecutors 'thoroughly examine' what happened at the park that day.
'It is our belief that this situation could have been avoided and that Tamir should still be here with us,' said the family. 'The video shows one thing distinctly: the police officers reacted quickly.'

On Saturday, a person had called 911 about a male pointing a gun at others at the park. The caller told the 911 dispatcher that the gun was 'probably fake,' then added, 'I don't know if it's real or not.'
Newly-released audio showed that the dispatcher did not pass on this concern to the responding officers
The patrol officer who shot Tamir was identified Wednesday as Timothy Loehmann, a 26-year-old rookie who has been on the force in Cleveland for just a little over eight months.
He previously spent five months in 2012 with a department in suburban Independence, but four of those months were in that city's police academy.
Loehmann's partner that day was identified as Frank Garmback, 46. He has been with the department since 2008. Both are on paid administrative leave pending a decision by the Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office whether to pursue any criminal charges.
Much of the video footage shows Tamir wandering alone in a park on an unseasonably warm November afternoon. He is seen pacing, occasionally extending his right arm with what appears to be a gun in his hand, talking on a cellphone and sitting at a picnic table with his head resting on his arms.
The black gun in his hands was a fake. It can be bought at sporting goods stores for less than $20. Tamir's was lacking the orange safety indicator usually found on the barrel and, from a distance, was indistinguishable from a real firearm.
'The guy keeps pulling it out of his pants and pointing it at people,' the 911 caller told the dispatcher, adding that it was 'scaring the s***' out of him.

وأكدت اليزابيث لوتن المتحدثة باسم الجمهوري ستيفن فيشر، الإثنين، لوسائل إعلام أمريكية عدة منها "إن بي سي" نيوز وفوكس نيوز أنها تنوي الاستقالة بعد أن تعرضت لانتقادات شديدة اللهجة في نهاية الأسبوع على تويتر وفي الإعلام.
وكانت المتحدثة غير المعروفة نشرت رسالة على فيسبوك انتقدت فيها "قلة أناقة" ملابس ساشا (13 سنة)، وماليا أوباما (16 سنة)، خلال حفل في البيت الأبيض، الأربعاء الماضي.
وقال المتحدث باسم البيت الابيض جوش إيرنست، الإثنين، إنه فوجىء باستخدام موظف في الكابيتول حدثًا مرتبطًا بعيد الشكر لانتقاد أفراد الاسرة الرئاسية.
وكانت الفتاتان تقفان ككل سنة إلى جانب والدهما خلال حفل اقيم بمناسبة عيد الشكر، ورأى البعض أن الملل كان واضحًا على الفتاتين، رغم أنهما كانتا تبتسمان ما آثار فضول عدة معلقين وصحافيين في واشنطن.
يذكر أن الصحافة الأمريكية لا تتعرض بتاتا إلى الحياة الخاصة لابنتي أوباما اللتين تعيشان في البيت الأبيض وتذهبان إلى المدرسة في واشنطن، وتحظر الهجمات الشخصية ضد أسرة الرئيس الأمريكي.

أعلنت شرطة مدينة فينيكس الأمريكية في بيان لها مساء الخميس 4 ديسمبر/كانون الأول عن وفاة رجل يدعى رومين بريزبون (34 عاما) اشتبه بحيازته على سلاح أثناء محاولة اعتقاله من قبل شرطي اشتبه بأن الرجل الأسود يتاجر بالمخدرات، في مشهد يعيد إلى الأذهان حادثتين مماثلتين.

أمر لم يتقبله الأمريكيون على اختلاف ألوانهم ووانتمائهم العرقي حيث تدفق المحتجون على شوارع مانهاتن في نيويورك ومدن أخرى في مظاهرات غالبيتها سلمية لليلة الثانية على التوالي.
وردد المشاركون في احتجاجات الشوارع في وسط مانهاتن "لا أستطيع التنفس" وهي العبارة التي قالها غارنر تكرارا في فيديو يصور الحادث قبل موته.
وكانت تقارير إعلامية أفادت بأن الشرطة الأمريكية اعتقلت أكثر من 400 متظاهر في الأيام الثلاثة الماضية خلال تلك الاحتجاجات ووجهت لأغلبهم تهمة الإخلال بالنظام العام.
فجرت قضيتا نيويورك وميسوري جدلا قديما عن أجهزة إنفاذ القانون في الولايات المتحدة واتهامها على نطاق واسع باستهداف الأمريكيين الأفارقة والأقليات الأخرى دون وجه حق.

الأمر الذي أرغم وزير العدل الأمريكي إريك هولدر على الإعلان عن إجراء تحقيق كامل في قضية نيويورك، وكان قد أطلق من قبل مراجعة للحقوق المدنية في قضية فيرغسون.
كما أعلن هولدر أن تحقيقا فدراليا أظهر أن شرطة كليفلاند (أوهايو، شمال) التي قتل أحد أفرادها في نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني فتى أسود عمره 12 عاما، أفرطت في السابق في استخدام القوة.
وقال إن التحقيق الفدرالي "خلص إلى أن هناك أسبابا تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن شرطة كليفلاند انخرطت في مجال أو عادة استخدام القوة بشكل غير عقلاني وغير مفيد، وفي انتهاك للتعديل الرابع للدستور".
الأمم المتحدة تدعو أمريكا إلى احترام حرية التعبير ومحاسبة أمنييها

وفي أول رد فعل أممي على الأحداث الجارية في الولايات المتحدة دعت الأمم المتحدة السلطات الأمريكية إلى احترام حرية التعبير، مطالبة إياها بتعزيز محاسبة شرطييها على أفعالهم.
وقال ستيفان دوغاريك المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إن "هذه القضية تطرح مجددا قضية مسؤولية عناصر قوات الأمن". وأضاف أن الأمين العام "يدعو السلطات المختصة في الولايات المتحدة بإلحاح إلى بذل قصارى جهدها من أجل الاستجابة للنداءات" التي تطالب بـ"محاسبة عناصر الشرطة على أفعالهم أكثر فأكثر".
أحداث متسارعة تشهدها الولايات المتحدة، وإن اختلفت أسبابها فهي تدور حول نفس المحور الذي تدعي هيئات حقوق الإنسان الأمريكية في الداخل والخارج الدفاع عنه، ألا وهو أبسط الحقوق، "العيش الكريم" و"حرية التعبير".
مظاهرات الاحتجاج انطلقت، فهل تكون بداية لـ"ربيع أسود" في أمريكا على غرار ما سمي بالربيع العربي، وهل يثمر هذا الربيع أو يزهر على الأقل؟.

وتدفق حشد من نحو 750 متظاهرا إلى جسور في موقعين في بيركلي على مقربة من سان فرانسيسكو ما دفع الشرطة للتدخل لإخلائها واعتقال عدد من الأشخاص.
وقالت الشرطة على حسابها على "تويتر" إنه جرى إطلاق الغاز المسيل للدموع على المتظاهرين بعد أن بدأ عدد منهم القاء مقذوفات، مشيرة إلى أنها اعتقلت عددا من الأشخاص دون تحديد عددهم.

وحطم المتظاهرون في كاليفورنيا خلال احتجاجات يوم السبت نوافذ البيوت وزجاج السيارات، وألقوا بالحجارة على قوات الشرطة، التي اضطرت لإطلاق قنابل الغاز المسيلة للدموع، إلا أن ذلك لم يمنع إصابة العديد من رجال الشرطة خلال المواجهات العنيفة مع المتظاهرين.
وتأهبت مدن الساحل الغربي لاندلاع اضطرابات بعد الاشتباكات التي اندلعت في بيركلي وسياتل وواشنطن يوم السبت.
13 ديسمبر.. يوم الغضب
ودعا نشطاء المواطنين الأمريكيين إلى الاحتجاج يوم السبت القادم، ضد أحكام تبرئة الشرطيين دانييل بانتيلو ودارين ويلسون، وضد العنف المتزايد لأفراد الشرطة.
ونشر نشطاء مجهولون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي دعوات لملايين الأمريكيين في مختلف الولايات للاحتجاج يوم 13 ديسمبر المقبل، حيث أسموا السبت القادم بـ"يوم الغضب".

الشرطة الأمريكية تعتقل 232 شخصا بولاية كاليفورنيا خلال يومين
اعتقلت الشرطة الأمريكية 232 شخصا في اليومين الماضيين خلال الاحتجاجات المتواصلة في مدينتي أوكلاند وبيركلي بولاية كاليفورنيا ضد تعسف رجال الأمن.
بالفيديو.. متظاهرو واشنطن "يتوفون" احتجاجا على تبرئة الشرطة في نيويورك وفيرغسون المحتجون على تعسف الشرطة الأمريكية يغلقون طريقا رئيسيا في كاليفورنيا وأشارت الشرطة المحلية إلى أن المحتجزين وُجهت إليهم اتهامات بعدم الخضوع للأجهزة الأمنية، والتسبب في أضرار لضباط الشرطة وإتلاف ممتلكات عامة، وحددت للبعض منهم كفالة بمبلع 50 ألف دولار.
وتنوي الشرطة بحسب صحيفة "سان فرانسيسكو كرونيكل" الطلب من النيابة العامة المحلية رفع مبالغ الكفالة.
وقال المتحدث باسم الشرطة المحلية إيرين سانشيز في هذا الشأن "صبرنا نفد. والجموع الغفيرة باتت أكثر عدوانية، وعلى الجميع أن يعلم بأننا سوف نستخدم كل الوسائل الضرورية لحماية السكان".
وخرج من جديد مئات المحتجين في مدينة بيركلي إلى الشوارع الثلاثاء 9 ديسمبر/كانون الأول، وتوجهوا إلى مبنى الإدارة المحلية في المدينة مطالبين بوقف عمليات قتل المواطنين العزل من قبل رجال الأمن.
وانقسم المتظاهرون إلى عدة مجموعات كبيرة، حاولت في عدة مرات قطع حركة السير في الطرق السريعة بالمدينة، إلا أن رجال الشرطة تمكنوا من السيطرة على الوضع.
وكانت الاحتجاجات العارمة ضد التمييز العنصري من قبل الشرطة بدأت في الولايات المتحدة في 24 نوفمبر الماضي، حين تم الإعلان عن قرار هيئة المحلفين بعدم محاكمة دارين ويلسون، الذي قتل شابا أسود أعزل، كان بطلق ناري في أغسطس الماضي في مدينة فيرغسون بولاية ميسوري.
وشهدت فيرغسون ومدن أمريكية إثر الحادث مظاهرات احتجاج ضخمة، نظمها نشطاء حقوقيون وسارت بشكل عام بشكل منظم وفي إطار القانون.

قتل ضابط بشرطة فلوريدا جنوب الولايات المتحدة بحادث إطلاق نار في وقت مبكر الأحد 21 ديسمبر/ كانون الأول، فيما أكد مصدر أمني إلقاء القبض على مشتبه به.
وقال مكتب الشرطة إن إطلاق النار وقع في منطقة تاربون، دون تحديد هوية الضابط القتيل أو المشتبه به ودوافعه.
وأشار المكتب في بيان إلى أنه تم إلقاء القبض على المشتبه به بعد أن فر من موقع الحادث واصطدمت سيارته بعامود إنارة وسيارة أخرى.
ويأتي هذا الحادث بعد يوم من حادث مشابه لإطلاق نار في مدينة نيويورك بعد ظهر السبت، حيث قتل مسلح ضابطين بالشرطة ثم انتحر.
وقالت السلطات إن مطلق الرصاص، شاب في 28 من عمره، أشار على موقع للتواصل الاجتماعي على الانترنت الى أنه قد ينتقم لقتل الشرطة الأمريكية رجالا عزلا من السود في الآونة الأخيرة.
وقع الهجوم في بروكلين، في حي بيدفورد ستويفيزان في غمرة تظاهرات تتكرر في المدينة بعد قرار هيئة محلفين عدم ملاحقة شرطي أبيض ضالع في مقتل شاب أسود.
وقد أطلق إسماعيل بريسنلي النار مرارا على الشرطيين اللذين كانا داخل سيارتهما عبر إحدى النوافذ وأصابهما في رأسيهما.
وقال قائد الشرطة بيل براتون في مؤتمر صحافي "لقد قتلا بالرصاص من دون تحذير. لقد تم اغتيالهما بكل بساطة".
ويأتي هذا الحادث في أجواء متوترة نتجت عن قضية إريك غارنر، وبعد مقتل شاب أسود آخر في بروكلين في 20 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني على يد شرطي.
